Hello and Happy Sunday FS!

Down another tad and didn’t expect it. That’s ok!

So, is it better to weigh in once a week to see a nice drop and do a happy dance getting off the scale or get a fist pumping smile every day or so? 🤔☺️

Have a fabulous, Sunshiny Day FS!

I like to weigh every day. If I don't, I can get off track easily, and not know it until several days going in the wrong direction. I admit, it is scary some days, but it works for me. Not everyone can do that, though. For many people, weighing in every day is too much stress, and they'd rather just have to endure it once a week. You do you - whatever you feel most comfortable with.
