Hi Jason, do what makes you feel good my friend. But experience has taught me that daily weight ins will do nothing but add extra stress on your life. I would say don't do it, stick with once a month. Good luck to you.

It's usually water weight fluctuations that make the scale go up and down all the time. Google "why the scale lies" for insight. It's normal. Yes, don't "hork out", lol! It's normal.
