Slow and steady wins the race. And given the 3 glasses of cab last night out with a friend, I’ll take the even weigh-in with a big hooray.
Weekends tend to be my “slack” time, so here’s to staying on track (both eating and moving) this weekend. Think I’ll head to the beach for a nice long walk this morning...and maybe do a quick little weight program before I head out. The longer in the day I wait, the more lazy and tired I get. I do best to get my exercise done as early in the day as possible. Happy Saturday friends😊
