feeling like i cant get down further than 5 lbs. scale goes up and down & i have not even been eating as much as usual. no sodas or juice for 2 months, avoiding pasta & bread as much as possible. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ not really able to workout much in the space im in now but am still mobile. not sure why its so hard after so long

ive been eating way less calories & still nothing. trying to lose my stomach. i guess ill have to start incorporating some workouts and see if it moves faster

Don’t let the scales lack of movement get you down. It didn’t take over night to get like we are, therefore don’t expect to change overnight either. The scale is just numbers, focus as well on how you feel, how your clothes fit. You can do this, it is possible, you just need to keep moving forward.
