It’s not budging. I’ve dropped to 1400c or less for this month. We’ll see what that does. Baby steps.

Frustrating. Hang in there! I hope the physical therapy helps. Can be painful, but doing those exercises should help in the long run.

Thanks, me. At least Ikm getting back to being OK with fewer calories. I’m simply not hungry. That’s nice.
