my weight is finally down a little bit again but it's strange because over the weekend i didn't follow my diet at all!
Also i didn't sleep well and had to get up alot at night because my little one is sick so i was expecting the opposite!
Not complaining though:-)
53 kg Lost so far: 23 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

As long as my weight doesn't go over 131 when I check it tomorrow I will be happy. Since I was sick the other day and went down and then i have eaten a few heartier comfort dishes here and there this past week. But considering I only do it once a day and am eating healthy as usual for the rest I probably just broke even. I still like to enjoy food but now it is a math game. Only one heavier meal a day or instead a few sweets.

That sounds great i do that i leave out the carbs at dinner and then sometimes have a little dessert instead!
