I wish I had some ideas about how to "win" against hunger and cravings at night.
90.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can begin by measuring out one SERVING of snack foods, and only eat that amount - never eat from the bag. I also sometimes have hot tea instead of a snack.
