A long week. Noom going well but still lots of red foods. Steps at 20k plus a day and it’s helping. Period came so that didn’t help but it’s now almost done. Nighttime snacking at 8:30/9:00 still an issue
81.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
