I'm not sure what's going on with my weight. I've stayed the same for days and can't seem to get back to the 52.7kg i was. I will probably have to eat less or excercise more i guess. Problem is i love food and the only excercises i really stick to are squats, sit ups and walking. I must get aroubd to buying a good excercise dvd does anyone know any good ones. I was thinking of trying the jillian michaels one?

It might be temporary and fix itself. I would give it a few more days, but yes, by doing any of those two you will tend more to lose weight! Exercise doesn't need to be hard though. Anything light, as long as it lasts long enough will burn calories! :)

See if there are any exercise videos on youtube that you like, then buy the dvd.

You're welcome! :) I sometimes also get "stuck" in a given weight heheh. Yeah, YouTube definitely great exercise routine videos! Enough to never having to do the same thing twice if one doesn't want to heheh. I remember "destroying" myself trying to follow this apparently easy cardio routine lol. I also tried an apparently easy Pilates routine once with the same results... But you can always adjust it to your own pace like I ended up doing heheh

True youtube is a good idea thanks both of you. I once bought boot camp dvds and had to give up after a week it was crazy!

Bodyrock.tv has HIIT workouts which will get you sweating and burning calories.

:) Yeah, Bodyrock.tv is an excellent one! Some exercises are slightly heavy but one can always go at their own pace or skip those heavier exercises :)
