Hope I'm finally getting over this stomach bug. My appetite is back, and then some.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Feel better and get back to food slowly. Your body may be trying to make up for lost nutrients while you were sick, so go for the fruits and veggies. Stay well!

You will probably feel ravenous now lol. Like mrsmole says, your body needs to compensate for what you have been missing ;)
