The cold, miserable weather this week was horrible for my self control. I snacked a lot at the beginning of the week! I'm glad I could get it together by the end of the week. Now to maintain over the weekend !
103.3 kg Lost so far: 21.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
