What a difference a day makes! I guess the salt in the restaurant meals and the lack of control when it comes to chips and salsa are to blame for the increase in the last few days. it's all good. I got to enjoy friends and food and now am being more determined about progressing toward greater health through weight loss and exercise. Walked up hill 2 miles and back down. I have to say I liked the downhill better. :) J
87.7 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 24.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

So true! I always gain from the salt from eating out but my weight will typically go back to where it was the day or two following. No worries! Besides I know I if there were no occasional chips and salsa days, I would NOT be a happy girrrl ;)
