This is my first month counting calories and I’ve lost 7 pounds, I’m a little sad that it went up on the last day but I drank more than my usual amount of water today because it’s been hot so I’m going to blame it on that, overall I’m happy with my progress :)
92.5 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That water will help you lose weight! Water is heavy but your body will utilize it to process the fat burning process. And drinking water when it’s hot out is always a good idea. Your weight is down a significant amount in such a short time. You’re doing great 👍
