I’m not sure why no loss this week but, oh well. Please, no one tell me I need to eat low carb. I can’t eat high protein because I’m borderline kidney failure. I’m doing straight CICO. I do need to increase my movement, but it’s hard to talk yourself into it when you hurt.
108.4 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Some weeks you just don’t lose. I often find that if I don’t drink enough water I don’t lose, especially if I have a lot of sodium. Just a thought.

Probably a really good one, Danana. I haven’t been as careful about hydration as I usually am!

I have a lot of arthritis pain and bone spurs which limits my ability to work out. plus I have to be honest... I lack self-discipline and can easily use this excuse to get out of working out. however I truly am in chronic pain everyday. I've been doing water fitness at first I started out very slow but now I have learned a lot of faster water workouts where it becomes like cardio training. I love working out in the water because and decreases the impact on my joints with land exercise. Plus I just feels good and then I hit the hot tub to award myself when I'm done. I belong to the YMCA.

Oh, you lucky person. I live far from any pools! Our community center/park has a small outdoor pool, but it’s always packed with kids when it’s open. I’ll be 77 in two weeks. I have degenerative joint and disc disease, a reconstructed foot and ankle, full of metal bracing and bolts, arthritic hips, bad knees, and several protruding and ruptured discs. A swimming pool would be heaven! ❤️
