Wish my weigh in would have gone better but it was still a loss all be it a minor one. I am going to try harder on my work outs by going to the Y as much as I can as this treadmill problem is not going to be fixed anytime soon. I am going to credit my lack luster weigh in to not having my equipment and not getting the workout I would normally get if I had that access. It's a hiccup for now and going to focus on really trying harder to get the job done on exercise. Hope everyone is having a great day.
141.5 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 80.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats on your loss! Any amount lost is a success!! This time of year is tough. I live where it is snow covered and very cold. I think that puts a person in a hibernation mode! It has for me anyway! Just take it one day at a time. It will happen. Best wishes.

Pinkrose88 you are so right I live in Memphis, TN and we have had temp in the teens and i dont want to get out of bed let alone exercise, but i have been pushing!!

Any loss is a good loss. Just get as much exercise in as you can, the weight loss will follow - guaranteed!
