Good morning😀 I am feeling really good and still working out everyday except Sundays. Yesterday I had to renew my driver's license. It was really inspiring to get all the compliments just over the changes in me over my last photo. All the hard work has been worth its. I never new how bad I felt till I found out how good I feel now. Hoping the best day ever to all my buddies.

Still working hard on both diet and exercise. Upped my daily routine to include strength training and rowing machine. I am feeling great and looking forward to seeing results of strength training. Still having issues with computer and tablet so not being as diligent about recording daily progress but hoping to fix that soon. Hoping buddies are having success with their journey. Life has been pretty good since I've been out on my own. I went yesterday and weighed in at my doctor's and lets just say we are both pretty happy. I went to see Smokey Robinson last night at the Emerald Queen, it was lots of fun and Smokey was great! I do feel like although last month was not my most stellar months on diet and exercise I still tried very hard to stick to the plan and I do see that I will make my goal of being in onederland by the end of this month.
