Fairly smooth week, the nutrition part of my "lifestyle change" went very nice. No temptations and I was able to prepare all meals this week at home and on my schedule. Due to a lingering cold I did not push the exercises as much as I would like. I managed two workout sessions and actually hope to get another couple in today and tomorrow. This arctic cold weather is a bummer, it makes me want to just sit under blankets all day on the couch. My focus this next week is just to do one more thing that puts me closer to my goals. It will more than likely be my exercise routine that gets the focus, I want to develop as much of a regular schedule as possible. I feel good about getting that done and look forward to another good journal a week from today!
