Up and down week. Increased steps to 20k per day.
Need more toning and intensity. Food ok but too many reds in Noom and sweets. Inches down as I got into come size 12 and shorts size xl and 14 are too big
82.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
