This was a difficult week to exercise and eat well as I was at a conference with Breakfast and Lunch included for 2 days. Then my dad got sick and I was either at the doctors or the hospital with him and my mom. Exhausting. Tried to exercise but it was tough. Just too tired on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
