I've had bad weeks where I weigh myself knowing I've gone up since my clothes don't fit anymore. Be proud that you weight yourself regardless!

Yep, stuffing myself into my jeans, not comfortable feeling at all...

I have a drawer filled with clothes I can't fit in anymore. But even if I go up sometimes, I can't give up on the idea that they'll fit again, so there they'll stay. Use your discomfort as a way of motivation yourself and keep at it, Amy!
