Don't forget to keep track of all you eat. Everything. Then you'll be able to see what you might be able to eliminate or add to make this a life change and not just a diet. And you're right, exercise does help. Try to work in some strength training.

this is true i need to start tracking my foods better. I stopped tracking because i eat so little since the surgery but i better start tracking

You know how the lbs. can sneak up on you, even when eating small. A Dove bar is small.

THIS IS VERY TRUE:) I AM GLAD I CANT TOLERATE CERTAIN NASTY FOODS ANYMORE:) ACTUAL DONT EVEN HAVE THE EMOTIONAL WANTING FOR IT ANYMORE WHICH IS BONUS.
