Weight is up. Probably due to how bad I was during the Easter weekend and a BBQ yesterday. At these events where there is a yummy spread of lots of favorites I need to work at limiting my intake i.e. smaller portions, not seconds, etc, etc...
66.9 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
