I’m so close to the 5 pound mark! lots of stress currently tho, between my phone breaking my car needing repairs and my cat, I am definitely expressing that through my eating. I have kept it within the calorie limit though.
93.7 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
