Thanks D and S. Intermittent fasting has done wonders. It cut about 300-400 calories a day, and seems to have shrunk my stomach capacity. I feel a lot better too. Hopefully I can maintain this lifestyle became losing just a few pounds made me more comfortable in my own skin, and pants, and shorts.....
