As expected, I gained weight. Need to do something, not in terms of my losing weight though but to bump my energy levels somehow. I slept relatively well today, and woke up reenergized (though we overslept today). Don't know if it is thanks to my potato experiment or just because I had some rest over the weekend. Will also try to get myself away from snacking. Again, don't care about weight loss, need to figure out best way to stabilize blood sugar and energy levels.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
