I am just so discouraged. It is 56 days until my wedding and I feel like trash. I want to take care of myself the best I can until then. (and beyond) I feel like I am doing the best I can to not give in to self destructive behavior and just break even. My saving grace lately has been that I love vegetables!
79.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

2lbs a week is a healthy rate of weight loss. Keep that in mind and don't t try to beat yourself up getting to your goal in the time you have left. You can do it. Say no to the sweets. Keep your portions small and no more than one portion of complex carbs per meal. Have you cut out liquid calories?

Congrats on the wedding. Stress creates hormones that can make weight loss harder...try to relax and enjoy the upcoming days. Delegate the work to others and pamper yourself!

@bdixon1989 I have not cut out liquid calories. I am not a soda drinker but lately sweet coffees, juice and wine/beer have been creeping back in to my diet. That is probably the best decision I can make is to cut it all out and drink water. Save the champagne for the honeymoon. :)
