🙋Friday Weigh In & Weekly Updates for Apr 23 - 29, Week 17:

❎Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 1/7 days YTD: 37.8% (45/119days) Sat. on. my. arse.

✅No Junk Food: 4/7 days YTD: 53.8% (64/119days) Great thru weekend, started back with the Doritos & ice cream!

I am appalled at my numbers. I am not doing the work required. I am doing just enough to maintain this 278-282 range. Deep cleaning is great but I do need daily cardio, too! I am allowing myself today (Friday) with some pizza, then starting May off right! Wish there was a magic pill to weight loss!

Life update: Obesity clinic appointment was changed to a phone call, so no weigh-in! Avoided that! LOL Had a great discussion about the false health information online (see my Monday rant* about that). We also discussed how often social media glorifies eating disorders because I am concerned what is truly healthy! My next meeting will be via phone in a month, so I want to report some real results (scale victory!)

Thanksgiving weekend in 23 weeks. Summer is my prime time for weight loss!

*My fake online "health experts" rant is on my Monday, April 26 post - I am not disparaging keto, just that particular person's overnight "expert advice" for which she is charging fees.

*Year Goal: under 200 pounds, size 16-18/XL/1x clothing (currently 22-24/3x)
