I managed to lose 0.2 pound. I am actually quite pleased as last week I lost 3 pounds. When that happens I often gain the following week so this modest loss is a win!

I continue to work on my nut consumption. It is definitely around evening times and being tired. I am considering an herbal tea as a solution. Not something I can just grab as I walk past which might lessen its value to me.

This week held a surprise. I have a quarter of bush land that I have been thinking I should sell but haven't gotten around to it. It was on the to do list. Out of the blue I was approached and within a week we agreed on a price and it is with the lawyer! Talk about painless!

My granddaughter has been quarantined three times this year. Yesterday she had a low grade fever and since she has been quarantined as a close contact she had to get two tests. A rapid one and a more thorough one. She is negative on the rapid one now we wait on the second test. Fever is persisting but not getting worse.
77.9 kg Lost so far: 43.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hope your granddaughter is okay. Looks like you're doing great in spite of the nut issue. I drink green tea, especially when I can't sleep, I find it helps; black raspberry is one of my favorites. Well done on the land sale. Have a lovely weekend. 💛

Hi Shirfleur - it looks like she was feeling better yesterday. My daughter sent of picture of the two kids outside in a hammock. It is a relief to know she is on the mend. Green tea is my mid morning drink. I mostly drink it for medicinal value however I do like it! Off to go pick up in the ditches to support my grandson's fund raising to go to Quebec in the next year or so!

Glad your daughter is feeling better. My daughter was sick and sent home from work, had to take a covid test which was negative. Had to still quarantine as they said it might have been too soon for test to pick up. A week later she was still sick and I made her take another test, negative. Took her to the dr and she had pneumonia! They said all kinds of 'stuff' is going around...
