I am on the same journey.... learning, adapting, and sometimes failing. I learn something when I fail though. That’s new because I used to let it be a slippery slop and plummet downwards from there. I am not a social animal. But I have now learned that reflection and telling someone about what I feel is incredibly releasing and helps me cope with some of the mental issues that can hijack me on this weight loss journey. I used to hold everything in; now I am opening a little at a time. It seems to work for me.
