~5lb weight fluctuation from Monday, can only conclude water and waste retention in digestive cycle. Thermic/metabolic estimate is otherwise inconsistent with measurement. Mood and energy levels improving however (less bloated).
73.0 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
