1lb ... meh ... I bounce 5lbs in one day sometime ... don't like it but it goes away; you'll probably lose 2lbs by tomorrow

Thanks for the encouragement. It's always welcomed. :) Next week and from now on, I have decided that on Tuesdays and Thursdays I will fast through lunch. I might try and have an extra TBS of coconut oil in my morning coffee on those days to help with hunger but I’m a little worried about it hurting my stomach. I had to reduce the CO recently because of this. I was taking 2 TBS/day or more with no issues but then I had several bad days over the holidays where I ate some grains and more carbs than I should have. I did some research and found out that the CO can upset your stomach because the capric/caprylic acid and lauric acid in CO that are anti-fungal and act against candida overgrowth. Because of my suspected celiac, I think I damage my stomach when I eat wheat which is why it is uncomfortable when I take the CO afterwards. If I stick to the diet, I shouldn’t have any issues with the CO.

Well there you go! Case closed. NO MORE WHEAT. The wheat is causing the gain, too, as you are causing an inflammation in your gut. You are back on track! YAY! :)
