At home!!!!! Yay - tho at docs I weighed 168.7 on Friday when I got back home and stepped on my scale it was still over 171. So I’m gonna take this number today on my home scale as a win! Can’t wait to see it in the 60’s here at home!

77.1 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
