Another decent day yesterday - I hit my protein target, was close on my carbs and fat, and I had a very good calorie deficit. My deficit was around 600 calories, which, at my current fat percentage, is about as high as I dare go, without risking muscle loss. And I got a nice downward correction on top of the very small fat loss, so it was a good day!
84.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
