I was surprised to see the 198 on the scale this morning. I haven't been solidly under 200ibs since last fall. Counting calories is the bomb! This is my first time to do it and it works like a dream!

I love this website - I've only been on here for 2 days, but the it sure makes counting calores a breeze. I was doing it manually for a 6 weeks before and it wasn't that great... LOL
89.8 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

It really does make all the difference! I wish people were more open to it - this IS the secret for reliable weight loss, it just takes some time and determination, haha. Way to go!
