I realize I'm not eating enough and I just can't bring myself to eat more. Going to try to add more fruit and vegetables. Down 2 lbs,I know it'll take time.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
