back to walking dogs and eating correctly with lots of water
90.7 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You said you would love ideas so here is my favorite: Last summer I hit goal with the 5:2 diet after being stuck for a long time. Between being sick and the holidays I have gained a lot back. If I had kept up with the 5:2 it probably wouldn't have happened. I was on the 7:0 - eating everything not nailed down 7 days a week. :-) (the 5:2 is where you diet radically--- they call it a "fast" but it is not a fast, it is severe dieting --- for two non-consecutive days a week)Anyway that worked for me when I was stuck. I will do it again when I hit a plateau and probably after that for the rest of my life.

I should be walking dogs too, but I draw the line at 0 degrees. LOL Drinking tons of water is great!

Wish the dogs would draw the line the pup is going nuts the older one just wants her to leave her alone only thing works is a walk 1 a day they come back and sleep allows wife to get things done. Thanks for advice
