what a great day! very cold, but sunny. My weight is staying below my goal weight and that makes me very happy. My eating is moderate and I am satisfied.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
