I'm not sure how much protein I need too much to little I've changed the settings on this app so many times but I don't know what I'm supposed to set it at it gets frustrating. haha. but at least I'm down from 210lbs agian. staying on track but I admit it's hard I love pizza Fry's ect. time to motivate. amongst the stress of life...
