ate bad stuff today. vacay is over so no more fast foods & restaurant fare. exercise starts Monday.

93.0 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I cleaned out all of the closets today, that ended up being a pretty good workout! Now to haul all of this stuff out to the garage or to the garbage bin...weight training!
