started eating clean in march 2017. i need to workout and stick to it. realized i was eating fast food and junk food between meals when i angry or stressed out. it actually made me feel better, or at least that's what i told myself. my husband decided to start cooking with cleaner ingredients when he needed to lower his blood pressure, so it was good for both of us. i'd gotten up to 230 lbs but i am down to 217 now. with exercise i will see more results.

Not on track at all. Stress eating. Knees crackling could be arthritis but I need to do something, a vessel in my left ankle burst a few weeks ago. Not cool.

Checked measurements today and I went from 47-42-49 to 45-39-48 from Dec to Feb. decided to try the fruit-in-water thing, not bad!
