One pound less of me today! About what I expected/hoped for since I didn’t have any “way under” days last week and there were a few foods that probably were underestimated. Yesterday’s Easter kielbasa was definitely a splurge item. (Very unhealthy compared to the turkey version I usually buy). Plus hubby’s homemade German potato salad that I allowed myself a cup of to enjoy. But we went for a nice walk before dinner ~ approx. 4 miles (a lot for me) so that must have helped. Hope everyone has a great week.
102.9 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 25.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
