Another late night last night, and then I missed breakfast this morning. I'm off schedule, but that makes this late weigh-in (taken close to noon) accurate (late weigh-in compensating for the late night), but somewhat suspect.

The next couple of days would ordinarily balance this out, and I'd be able to determine whether this weigh-in was legit or a aberration. But... this is a crazy time of year. Tonight is the Archer family Christmas dinner, at Mt. Fuji, a hibachi grill - great food, but it will be a lot of calories. Fortunately, it will be pretty high in protein. If I can go in pretty lean, I should be able to pig out at the restaurant :) (within reason, of course).
84.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
