Big calorie day yesterday which included pizza and lots of snacks before bed. Then slept only 4 hours. So I thought this would be up not down. But I did get rid of a lot of water yesterday. Propel was finally back in stock so I drank my fill of that and iced tea. Hoping it’ll stay right around here for real this time! Normally after surgeries I lose about 4# when I eat normally. This time I ate less the first few days because I couldn’t stand the thought of eating and it upset my tummy when I tried to eat more than half a meal. I was 127 fully clothed with shoes on the afternoon before surgery (after eating). I believe I stated the month around 124-125. So I should be 120 ish right now with surgery, eating less etc. 🤷‍♀️ still in range so not worried. Off to another track meet!
55.8 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My calories always wait 2 days to show...I had pizza last Saturday and next day weight was same. Two days later I'm up 1.8 lbs...still trying to get rid of it..

When I eat I am bloated. I weigh more after I eat.

Diana try to drink extra water. After pizza I’ve found that the sodium makes me hang on to water and drinking more helps flush out the extra

Morgan, I’m the same! I don’t know how some people weigh all day long. I find that when I do that just to see then the scale is always up after I eat. I try to weigh first thing of a morning but I get up at different times so it’s never the same exact time lol. Always weigh before I eat though but occasionally I’ll drink half a cup of coffee before I remember. I figure a few ounces won’t make much difference at this point for me.
