December was not good. Too much work, too much stress, too many holidays that add to this stress. Too dark and too cold (even though I live in warmer climate, and this winter was dry) - I am definetely affected by shorter days. Too much holiday food, regardless of how much I eat it disrupts my routines, and I noticed before that I am doing better if I have a daily routine. Once I get interrupted it is hard for me to get back to the same routine. In addition to that I was not sleeping well and was down with flu for the last week. Still sick. OK. I will have to count it as a break and try to regroup in January.
