Was in the ER this weekend with a terrible stomach virus, no idea why. maybe bad scallops. My stomach is very sensitive to bacteria. Taking Pantoprazole now, getting better day by day. Becareful when eating seafood!!
55.6 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
