This is a great challenge because I was on the Paleo diet and have "fallen off" the wagon. Plus, this kind of restriction will prevent inflammation which can cause Cancer, I'm pretty stoked! Looking forward to seeing result and sharing some recipes! 

I lost another pound since the begening I have 17 I am very happy with that . I don't follow 100% sure if it was 100 5 I would lost lot more but at 76 years old I don't want to lost to fast This morning I have eat an apple omelet very good . Take care and good lost to all of you
