So many factors could've caused this.

This past week consisted of eating 500 calories a day more than the week prior. I ended up losing a pound from last week's average.

The opposite of logic, right? Nah.

My body's just adjusting to the new workouts and eating. I don't see this being the pattern for much longer.

If it continues, I'll bump up the calories to let my body know this isn't an attempt to "reverse diet" lol.

Way too confusing logic for me to grasp. 500 calories extra EACH day? My body would store that away for next winter's hibernation.
