We had the Davison family Christmas celebration at my house last night. I pigged out! Fortunately, I planned fairly well for it, calorie-wise. I did have some nice desserts, and got way too much fat and carbs, but I did okay on my protein and kept the calories close enough to my official RDI. What hurt was that I didn't have time to exercise. I didn't even get a chance to throw the football around with my brothers. I can make up the missed weight-lifting session - the way I spread it out makes it possible to double up the next day so I don't get off schedule.

So, today has to be a high-protein, good-fat, high-activity day. Could be difficult, since my niece is at the state gymnastics meet, and we'll be there to cheer her on - which means restaurant food, and I can't really plan which one. So I'll have to be super-good this morning.
84.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
