Thanks LISFifty. I've changed what I eat to better match my needs as I age, i.e. eat less. I suspect it will be a longer time course, like half a pound of fat per month, at best. Still, 6 months passes in the blink of an eye. So, I'm confident that actions dictate outcomes.
