I ain't gonna lie, slipping into bad habits. Been dealing with a lapse of depression for about 3 weeks now, trying to make myself snap out of it but it's honestly not working. It must be pretty bad when everyone around me keeps asking me if I'm okay. I put on a brave face but I don't want to people right now. I am really considering contacting my doctor to start up therapy again and possibly go back on meds. I have managed to be off anti-depressant meds for over 12 years am really reluctant to going back on them. But I find myself questioning my self-worth and I know that's not me that is the depression mess with me.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
